July 2020 Update

I am excited to announce that Walk The Parks will resume, bigger and better than ever, in April, 2021.

I've been backpacking on all of my days off, mostly in the Maroon Bells-Snowmass Wilderness near Aspen, CO. It's been spectacular. I also bought a cheap bicycle and have been commuting to work most days, which has also been extremely fun on the abundant bike paths in the area.

While many times I wish I was out backpacking, I am also grateful to have a full time job, and especially grateful to be able to enjoy such spectacular activities and scenery on a regular basis, so close to home.

I hope everyone remains optimistic in the current environment we're experiencing. On all of my adventures I'm continuously amazed at how many people are genuinely cool and friendly, but also so unique. Although sometimes it can seem like an inconvenience, connecting with others who are different from ourselves is critical to help us all come together.

Or something like that.

So excited for the next phase of Walk The Parks. Also excited to be working and saving and planning and imagining.

Live your dreams.

Blake
